New releases on Netflix: 7 shows and movies you need to watch this week

Netflix is adding 15 new shows and movies to the streaming service this week. While that may not seem like a lot, there are more than a few must-watch new titles you’ll want to add to your watchlist. My top pick of the week is “Black Rabbit,” a tense crime thriller limited series starring Jude Law and Jason Bateman as brothers who find themselves in more trouble than they may be able to get out of this time.

If dark thrillers aren’t your thing, though, there’s a decent range of genres to choose from this week. “Same Day with Someone” is a Thai romantic comedy about a woman stuck in a time loop on the worst day of her life. Prefer your comedy in animated form? “Haunted Hotel” is an animated comedy series about a single mother and her estranged brother trying to manage a hotel overrun with all sorts of scary beings.
