Netflix is loading up its November slate with fan-favorite titles, and one major addition will get comedy lovers excited. The Hangover trilogy, featuring Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, and Zach Galifianakis, is heading to Netflix this November.
The Hangover trilogy to start streaming on Netflix this November
Starting November 1, 2025, all three films, aka The Hangover (2009), The Hangover Part 2 (2011), and The Hangover Part 3 (2013), will begin streaming on Netflix in the U.S. (via What’s on Netflix). The hit comedy series, directed by Todd Phillips, redefined the modern R-rated comedy with its chaotic blend of absurd humor, mystery, and outrageous friendship dynamics.
Netflix subscribers can now join Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms), Alan (Zach Galifianakis), and Doug (Justin Bartha) as they stumble through bachelor party disasters, tiger kidnappings, and run-ins with the unforgettable Leslie Chow (Ken Jeong).
When The Hangover was first released in 2009, it became an instant iconic film. The story of three friends trying to retrace their steps after a wild night in Las Vegas, complete with a missing groom, a baby, and Mike Tyson’s tiger, turned into one of the highest-grossing R-rated comedies of all time, earning over $468 million worldwide. The film also won Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy at the Golden Globes, cementing its status as a classic.
Following its massive success, The Hangover Part 2 took the chaos to Bangkok, while Part 3 brought closure to the story with a darker, more emotional edge. Though the sequels didn’t quite match the first film’s critical acclaim, the trilogy collectively grossed more than $1.4 billion globally.
Now, The Hangover trilogy joins Netflix’s robust November 2025 lineup that includes beloved titles like Back to the Future, Charlie’s Angels (2000), Elvis, Frances Ha, Wonka, and This Is the End. Netflix seems to be tapping into nostalgia, bringing back cult classics and feel-good favorites that defined the 2000s and 2010s.
