BMW’s Braking Blip
Let’s start with BMW. The 2025 X3 xDrive30 might have a front brake issue—specifically, some rotors could’ve been damaged before they were even installed.
These rotors may have score marks or gouges from rough handling during transport. If you brake hard, that damage could mess with other system parts—definitely not what you want from your luxury SUV.
If your X3 is part of this teeny-tiny recall, BMW will swap out the front rotors and pads at no cost. But here’s the kicker: it only affects 26 vehicles. Yes, 26—and all of them are believed to have the issue.
A Tiny Trot Trouble for Ford’s Bronco
Now over to Ford. The 2025 Bronco has a potential issue that’s a bit more serious than scratched-up brake rotors.
Some models may have left the factory with front upper control arm ball joints that either lack their retaining nuts or have ones that weren’t tightened properly. That could eventually lead to the control arm separating from the steering knuckle—and yeah, that means possible loss of control or even a crash.
Because of the risk, Ford is telling owners not to drive their Broncos until they’ve been inspected. The fix is free, of course, and dealers will handle everything.
Here’s the wild part: Ford says every Bronco in this recall has the suspension issue. Sounds bad, right?
But here’s the twist—the recall only applies to two vehicles. Yep, just two. That’s easily one of the tiniest recalls we’ve ever seen, maybe even record-setting.
