Ford Bronco Sport and Maverick Recalled to Fix Faulty Batteries

• Ford Bronco Sport SUVs manufactured between Feb. 5, 2020, and Oct. 20, 2022
• Ford Maverick pickup trucks manufactured between Feb. 5, 2021, and Oct. 20, 2022
The problem: A faulty battery may suddenly degrade while in use, causing the vehicle to stall. The faulty batteries were made by Camel, a major automotive battery supplier.
The fix: Ford dealerships will replace the faulty batteries with new AGM models, free of charge.
