How to Easily Get Inferno Hide in Fisch

Fisch players, I know you are eager to explore the new Mariana’s Veil region added in the new update. The developers have outdone themselves with five cave systems in the Mariana’s Veil, with each cave requiring you to collect certain items to upgrade your gear and progress further. Inferno Hide is one of those items that you need to progress from Volcanic Vents to Challenger’s Deep. If you’re a player struggling to catch Inferno Hide in Fisch, follow the guide below.

Where to Get Inferno Hide in Fisch

Inferno Hide can be obtained in the Volcanic Vents, which you can reach after navigating a lengthy passageway. For those unaware, Volcanic Vents is the first stop in Mariana’s Veil, which you can reach using a submarine in Fisch.

If you haven’t gone through our Volcanic Vents bestiary guide, you first need to know that Inferno Hide doesn’t have any set bait, weather, or season requirements. You can easily catch this item at any time. But it isn’t proving to be that easy, right? Well, we already went through all the trouble and have a few tips for you.

We tried catching this item using a variety of Fisch rods and baits but to no avail at the start. After struggling for a few minutes, we realized it was a common fish and should stop using higher-tier rods. So, we decided to switch to a lower-tier rod like the Carbon Rod, Arctic Rod, or Training Rod.

Moreover, we switched to Garbage bait, which has -250 universal luck, and finally got our hands on Inferno Hide. Inferno Hide has -20% progress speed, similar to enchant relics, so be vigilant when reeling in the item, as the preferred rods have very low resilience.

Remember these two tips, and you should be able to get Inferno Hide with ease. You can also use the latest Fisch codes to get a free bobber. Once you have this hide, you must wonder what it’s used for. Keep reading to learn all about it.

What Is Inferno Hide Used For in Fisch?

As mentioned at the start, this common item is required to move to the second cave, Challenger’s Deep in Fisch. You need Inferno Hide, along with three other items, to get the Heat Upgrade for your submarine.

Placing the four items on the pedestal you find at the entrance of Volcanic Vents will also get you Glimmerfin Suit Level 1. It is essential to keep fishing in this region as it keeps the temperature in check. So, go ahead and catch the secret Magma Leviathan in Fisch right away. Glimmerfin Suit Level 1 is also a requirement to get the Ice upgrade in Challenger’s Deep.

Hope this guide helps you move past the first cave and navigate to the icy-cold Challenger’s Deep where the Frozen Leviathan awaits you. Are you enjoying the Mariana’s Veil update? Do you need help with any other new features? Let us know in the comments below.
