How to Find All Your Comments on YouTube

Quick Links

Can’t find a comment you left on a video on YouTube? Don’t worry. It’s easy to find all the comments you’ve ever posted on the platform.

The steps to view your YouTube comment history are the same for both desktop and mobile. First, open a web browser and go to the YouTube Comment History site—you will be prompted to sign in to your Google account if you’re not already.

This site directs you to the Your YouTube Comments page (within Google’s My Activity), which displays every comment you’ve ever posted on YouTube.

Your most recent comment appears at the top, and you can view more comments by scrolling down the page.

If you want to delete a comment, remain on the YouTube Comment History site and select “X” in that comment’s top-right corner. It can occasionally take some time to fully remove your comment from the video.

To restore a comment after you’ve deleted it, quickly select “Cancel” in the Deleting Now prompt that appears.

Alternatively, to edit the contents of your comment, select the name of the video (next to “Commented On”) to go to the video on YouTube.

On the video page, your comment will be highlighted at the top. To edit it, select the three dots next to the comment and choose “Edit.”

If you ever come across an unsuitable comment from someone when browsing YouTube videos, you can report it to YouTube for the platform to review and take action against it.
