How to Get the Brick Rod in Fisch
The hyped-up Brick Rod in Fisch is finally up for grabs, and we now have all the necessary clues in our hands. First teased by Kreek Craft on the official Fisch discord server during the Atlantis update, most of the community took it as a joke, or they got too caught up in the massive expansion event. With hints left all over the world of Fisch, nobody has been sure how to combine all of them and get this rod until now. Do you also want it like the rest of us? Keep reading to learn how to get the Brick Rod in Fisch.
How to Get the Brick Rod in Fisch
The Brick Rod in Fisch can be unlocked by completing a series of puzzles and quests which might be a bit tough for a complete beginner. Moreover, you must act fast since this rod is only available during specific weather, times, and seasons. With that being said, here are the steps to get this rod in the game:
1. All Three Brick Locations
For the first step, make sure you have a GPS in Fisch, as you need to visit the following locations and click on the white brick that looks like a LEGO piece:
- Roslit Bay: Found at the top of the Roslit Volcano at these coordinates: -2032, 493, 194.
- Ancient Isles: Found in a cave where the Eclipse Totem and Phoenix Rod are found at these coordinates: 5940, 265, 900.
- The Depths: Found to the left of the Merchant, behind the red crystal, at these coordinates: 991, -731, 1141.
2. Note Down the Two Codes
Now, you must jot down the first code written on a rock found underwater near Moosewood Island, specifically, at these coordinates: 360, 120, 180. Now, head to the Desolate Pocket and set your home point there by interacting with the Inn-Keeper.
Finally, get the second code from the Trident Temple, where you can unlock the Trident Rod. This step requires 5 Enchant Relics to open the door of the temple.
3. Equip the Titles
The next step is to acquire a certain title in Fisch. However, note that using a title depends on the real-world time when you are currently playing the game, and each hour will require a unique title as stated below:
- 8 PM UTC: Extinct (Death from hit by a meteor)
- 9 PM UTC: Vigilante (Complete the Agaric quest at the Mushgrove Swamp and unlock the Fungus Rod)
- 10 PM UTC: Lady Of The Sea (Catch 1000 Fishes)
- 11 PM UTC: God Of The Seas (Catch 5000 Fishes)
- 12 AM UTC: True Hakari (Appraise a fish to get a Mutation)
- 2 AM UTC: Made in Heaven (Use Sundial Totems 5 times)
- 3 AM UTC: Chosen By Zeus (Struck down by a Zeus Storm Totem)
- 4 AM UTC: Poseidon’s Blessing (Catch a Fish with Wrath Mutation)
4. Grab the Totems and Fish
The final requirements are a few Sundial totems, Smokescreen totems, and the Pufferfish. You may find the Pufferfish by fishing at Roslit Bay at these coordinates: -1435, 125, 460. If you are facing trouble catching the fish, consider redeeming the latest Fisch codes to get some free bait.
The Sundial Totem can be acquired from the Sunstone Island cave (coordinates: -1215, 195, -1040), and the Smokescreen Totem can be acquired from the Mushgrove Swamp (coordinates: 2790, 140, -625). You might stock up on multiple totems since you never know when someone might be spamming sundials on your server to get the Megalodon.
5. Locate the Minish NPC
Having collected all the materials and completed the quests in the same order as shown above, head straight to the Harvesters Spike island. This island is located southeast of Roslit Bay at these coordinates: -1270, 125, 1580.
Make sure that it’s the Summer season in your server and a foggy night. Although you can’t control the Seasons as they occur in a cyclic manner, you can definitely pop a Sundial Totem and a Smokescreen Totem to meet the required conditions during the said season.
So, compiling all the clues, the Minish NPC will appear at the Harvester’s Spike on a Foggy Summer Night. Ensure you enter both the codes in the game’s chat and hold the Pufferfish in your hand.
Now, interact with the NPC; he will transport you to a mysterious dark room with red flashes. Here, you can buy the Brick Rod by paying just 13,337 cash, provided you have completed all the steps mentioned above. If not, you will be thrown out of this room and unable to make the purchase.
Brick Rod Stats and Passives in Fisch
The Brick Rod in Fisch has some amazing stats based on its price and an impressive passive. With such high resilience and control, this rod is perfect for catching some of the largest and strongest fishes in the game, including the Megalodon and the Kraken. That said, here are the stats of the rod:
- Lure Speed: 0%
- Luck: 75%
- Control: 0.35
- Resilience: 35%
- Max Kg: infinite kg
- Line Distance: 200m
The Rod’s passive guarantees a 100% chance to get the Studded mutation on every fish you catch, thereby doubling the sale value of every fish you catch. Looking carefully, you might notice that the fish you catch with this rod look like something made from a LEGO set.
The only weakness of this rod is its Lure Speed. So, it’s highly recommended that you put the Hasty enchantment on the Brick Rod and use Rapid Catcher Baits.
