It happens when Ellie is protecting an injured Joel from the zombies and any other threat; she recalls her time in the FEDRA’s boarding school.

One night, when Ellie was asleep, someone sneaked into her room, waking her up. It was Riley, her only best friend, who had joined Fireflies and wanted to spend some quality time with Ellie for the last time.
