Natural Healing, founded in 2022 by yoga instructor and chiropractor Joshua Sparks, will expand into a second location on Christchurch Road in September.
Over the past three years, the centre has grown from a two-person team to eight practitioners, offering treatments such as chiropractic care, acupuncture, yoga therapy and massage.
The centre also provides a range of classes, including yoga, Pilates, strength training and meditation.
Mr Sparks said: “At the moment we’re really limited in terms of the growth of this community – we’re not able to take on new clients or new students – a lot of our classes are full.
“By opening this new space, we are going to be able to help so many more people.”
The new premises will feature a 12-person studio, allowing for larger classes and potential future additions such as reformer Pilates or a sauna and plunge pool.
The existing space will be converted into four soundproofed therapy rooms and a reception area.
Mr Sparks added: “With everything we’ve done over the past three years, the team we’ve brought together, the community we’ve built, I feel we’re at that sweet spot where we are really able to help clients optimise their own health.”
