In an evolving world, emerging research continues to highlight concerns that could impact everyday wellbeing. Here’s the key update you should know about:
Coolie Hindi Box office:
The Hindi version of Coolie, featuring Rajinikanth in the lead and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, has not been able to generate much momentum at the box office. Despite Rajinikanth’s massive stardom in the South, the film’s dubbed Hindi release has opened to modest numbers.
On its first day, Coolie collected around ₹5 crore nett, which was already considered a below-average start for such a high-profile project. The second day witnessed only a limited growth, with collections touching ₹6.5 crore nett, taking the two-day total to approximately ₹11.5 crore nett. Given the current trend, the film is struggling to make a big impact in the Hindi market.
Coolie Review: Rajinikanth's Mass & Aura Save Loki's Poor Show
Thr trend suggest that Coolie is unlikely to cross the ₹45–50 crore nett mark in its lifetime run in Hindi. This would make it a decent but underwhelming outcome, especially when compared to other South films that have created huge waves in recent years in the Hindi belt. However, despite the underperformance, Coolie will still mark an important milestone for director Lokesh Kanagaraj. His previous directorial, Leo, managed around ₹26 crore nett in Hindi. With Coolie expected to cross that mark comfortably, it will end up as his highest-grossing Hindi release to date.
The response so far also reflects how Rajinikanth’s appeal in Hindi-speaking regions remains limited compared to his dominance in Tamil Nadu and other southern states. While Coolie may still see some growth over the weekend, the overall signs indicate that it won’t sustain long in the Hindi market. Aamir Khan’s cameo hasn’t really helped in this case.
