Its free CRM is also extremely feature-rich with advanced tools available even in the more basic version of the tool.

Monday CRM only offers a free version of its tool in specific cases, and use of the free version requires an extensive approval process. If your business wants to try a CRM with project management through a basic free tier before fully committing a paid subscription, I recommend HubSpot, ClickUp, or Bitrix24.
