To find the best Popsicle molds, I evaluated 7 popular models. We chose a blueberry cream recipe to make the treats in different molds: three made of silicone, two made of plastic, and two made of stainless steel. I evaluated them with my Popsicle experts—my sons Michael, 22, Matthew, 19, and Julian, 12—for ease of use and more. Here’s what we liked (and didn’t).
