- Windows 11 build 26120.4441 (KB5060816) is a preview update available in the Beta Channel, introducing enhancements to Windows Recall, Notification Center, File Explorer, and the Settings app.

Windows 11 build 26120.4441 (KB5060816) is now available for devices enrolled in the Windows Insider Program’s Beta Channel. This release includes several new features and improvements regarding AI, privacy, visual changes, and more, pretty much identical to the changes rolling out on Windows 11 build 26200.5651 (KB5060818) in the Dev Channel.
According to Microsoft’s official announcement, Windows 11 build 26120.4441 updates the Recall feature to allow European users to export snapshots, improves the Settings app AI agent to be more accurate, and Click to Do adds a new “Ask Microsoft 365 Copilot” action.
In addition, this preview updates the Notification Center with a new full clock with seconds and introduces changes to the sharing experience using OneDrive, including a new interface for copying the link and sharing the cloud file with other apps.
The update KB5060816 also includes changes for Voice Access, the Settings app, File Explorer, and several fixes.

These are the most interesting improvements rolling out to Windows 11 on the Beta Channel.
Windows Recall export feature
Starting with build 26120.4441, Microsoft introduces a new export feature for the European Economic Area (EEA), which will allow you to export your Windows Recall snapshots with third-party apps and websites.
This new change means that when you set up Windows Recall for the first time, the system will generate a unique Recall export code to export the snapshots.
Microsoft doesn’t store this code, so if you lose it, the only way to generate another one is by resetting the feature completely, which deletes all the snapshots and resets all the settings.
You can export the snapshots through Settings > Privacy & Security > Recall & Snapshots > Advanced Settings, choosing the “Export past snapshots” option, and turning on the “Export snapshots from now on” toggle switch allows you to export snapshots from the moment the setting is enabled.
Organizations can manage the export feature using the “AllowRecallExport” policy or a Group Policy setting. By default, exporting is disabled on managed devices, and only individual users can initiate the process.
Other Recall changes
Windows 11 is also pushing several additional enhancements for Windows Recall on Copilot+ PCs, including a new reset feature, updated snapshot storage settings, and teaching tips to improve usability.
You can now reset the settings and data on Settings > Privacy & Security > Recall & Snapshots, and click the “Reset Recall” button.
In addition, the default storage duration for snapshots has changed from unlimited to 90 days. However, you can always set a different storage allocation for Windows Recall.
Finally, this flight adds in-app teaching tips to help you understand the features and navigate the experience more easily.
Click to Do new actions
For those with a business Microsoft 365 subscription, the Click to Do feature adds a new “Ask Microsoft 365 Copilot” in the context menu when selecting text or images, and this action allows you to send the selected content directly to the chatbot.
In the Microsoft Team integration, Click to Do is adding two new actions, including “Send a message with Teams” and “Schedule a meeting with Teams.”
AI agent update for Settings
In the Settings app, the AI agent is getting an update to be more accurate, providing the correct steps when using the search box.
This update is available for Copilot+ PCs using the Snapdragon processor with support for AMD and Intel coming in the future.
Other Settings changes
Windows 11 build 26120.4441 also adds a few other improvements for the Settings app. For example, the search box has been relocated to the top center. This change was previously only available for Copilot+ PCs, but it’s now rolling out for traditional devices.
Also, the activation and expiration dialogs now align with the modern visuals of Windows 11, and a language problem has been fixed in the navigation pane.
Clock with seconds in Notification Center
Similar to Windows 10, the Notification Center now includes a full clock with seconds.
To display the clock with seconds, open Settings > Time & language > Date & time, and turn on the “Show time in the Notification Center” toggle switch.
You can enable the feature manually by running the vivetool /enable /id:42651849,48433719 command with the ViveTool.
Start menu context menu update
In the Start menu, the company fixed the display issue for Arabic and Hebrew language users and restored functionality for the “Move to front,” “Move right,” and “Move left” options in the pinned apps context menu.
File Explorer visual changes
This version of File Explorer updates the context menu with dividers for the top-level icons to make it easier to identify each option.
This release also fixes tab focus issues when opening folders, resolves a memory leak for better performance, and enhances archive extraction speed, especially for large 7z or .rar files.
Finally, the share interface for OneDrive has been redesigned, and it now allows you to share a link more easily with other apps
Other fixes and changes
In addition to the new features and improvements, Windows 11 build 26120.4441 also ships various other fixes.
For example, this flight resolves font rendering issues that caused corrupted or overlapping text in app menus and incorrect character display when typing in Hebrew or Thai in Microsoft Word.
Furthermore, a fix has been implemented to improve script execution speed on remote SMB shares running older Windows Server versions, and the company is reintroducing Chinese language support for Voice Access and adding Japanese support.
Microsoft is also noticing known issues with the Start menu, Xbox Controllers, Recall, Click to Do, File Explorer, Windows Search, and Widgets.
