Ringmaster Scarr

Should you use it: It gives you infinite ammo and a slight damage buff, but honestly, it doesn’t offer much help in real fights. Ammo is rarely a problem in Blitz Royale, and the damage boost is barely noticeable. It might seem flashy, but it’s not practical when every second and shot counts. You are better off swapping it for something more impactful.

Night Rose

Description: Weapon automatically reloads.

Should you use it: The Night Rose Medallion constantly reloads your weapon, which is great for players who want nonstop action without pausing to reload. It’s especially strong for weapons like SMGs with a high fire rate, letting you keep up pressure in close-range fights.

You will notice fewer interruptions during combat, which adds up over a five-minute match. Simple effect, but super effective.

Aspect of Siphon

Description: Get a bonus health or shield after killing enemies.

Should you use it: Grants 50 Health or Shield upon eliminating an enemy, depending on what you’re missing. It’s perfect for aggressive players who can chase kills and stay in fights longer. You can skip carrying extra healing items early on and focus on pure offense. It is easily one of the best Medallions for solo and duo Blitz Royale matches.

Infernal Defenses

Description: Get passive shield regeneration and increased reload speed.

Should you use it: With faster reload speed and passive Shield regeneration, this Medallion gives a solid balance between offense and defense. It helps you in drawn-out fights and lets you recover without using items.

While the effects aren’t flashy, they make a difference across a five-minute Blitz match. A decent all-around pick if you like steady sustain and quicker gunplay.

The Machinist

Description: Up to 75 points of shield regeneration over time.

Should you use it: This Medallion slowly regenerates your Shield over time, capping at 75. It’s a great choice if you want to play safe and don’t want to rely on Shield Potions. The slow regen isn’t ideal in fast fights, but it can save you between encounters. It’s not the strongest, but reliable for patient and defensive playstyles.

Should you use it: This Medallion increases your sprint speed and jump height, and also removes fall damage when performing a sprint-jump. It’s the best for fast-paced movement and aggressive rotations.

You can reach high ground quicker and move around the map without worrying about risky falls. Overall, a strong pick for mobile, vertical, and fluid gameplay.

Shrouded Striker

Description: Become invisible while performing a sprint jump and get increased jump height.

Should you use it: Gives you a boosted jump and temporary invisibility during sprint-jumps, but the effect feels underwhelming in real fights. The invisibility doesn’t last long enough to change much, and a higher jump rarely makes a big difference. It sounds cool, but it lacks consistent value in high-pressure matches. Not the worst, but a weak Medallion compared to others.

Unstoppable

Description: Increases sprint speed and knocks back enemies you run into.

Should you use it: Increases sprint speed and knocks back enemies when you run into them. It’s a powerful tool for close-range chaos and makes aggressive play even more rewarding. You can shove enemies out of cover or disrupt duels with pure momentum. Great for players who love charging into fights and staying in control.

All Wildcard Medallions in Fortnite Blitz Royale

The Wildcard Medallions are easily my favorite in Fortnite Blitz Royale. If you manage to get one in spawn, you might not even need a Golden Supply Drop. Just focus on picking up the best Boons and going full send toward your enemies; these Medallions are built for aggressive, high-mobility plays.

Shogun X

Description: Get infinite stamina while getting invisibility in sprint action.

Should you use it: This Medallion gives you infinite stamina and cloaks you in the void while sprinting, making you invisible on the move. It’s hands-down one of the best Medallions in Fortnite Blitz Royale. You can dodge bullets, escape bad fights, or sneak up on enemies with ease. If you get this one, there’s nothing that can stop you from getting that dub.

Megalo Don

Description: Get an infinite nitro effect.

Should you use it: Grants infinite Nitro, which means faster sprinting, constant momentum, and the ability to crash through walls and players. It’s a high-mobility Medallion that turns you into a wrecking ball during fights. The speed boost is great for aggressive pushes and quick escapes. Easily a top-tier pick if you like to stay moving nonstop.

Aspect of Agility

Description: Gain underworld dash charges.

Should you use it: Gives you recharging charges of Underworld Dash, letting you teleport forward with burst speed. With up to three dashes recharging over time, it’s excellent for staying mobile during chaotic fights. You can quickly reposition or dive into combat with style. A strong pick for players who like fast, unpredictable movement.

How Do Medallions Work in Fortnite Blitz Royale

At the start of every Fortnite Blitz Royale match, you’ll be given one random Medallion from the 12 available (check the list above). However, everyone else in the lobby gets the same one to make the fighting grounds fair.

But don’t worry, you can find and change the Medallion you use as the match goes on. Just keep an eye out for Golden Supply Drops, which spawn randomly and can get you additional Medallions in Fortnite Blitz Royale.

Unlike the Battle Royale mode, carrying a Medallion won’t reveal your location to other players, and they can’t be dropped either, so once you have one, it’s yours to keep. The game also has a chance of spawning a Golden Llama on the map. If you are lucky, you can get a high-rarity Medallion from them as well.
