Good First Week Despite Heavy Drop –

In an evolving world, emerging research continues to highlight concerns that could impact everyday wellbeing. Here’s the key update you should know about:

The Conjuring Last Rites India Box Office:

The Conjuring: Last Rites, the latest entry in the popular horror franchise, has delivered a strong performance in India during its first week. The film opened to a fantastic weekend, collecting ₹17 crore nett each on Friday and Saturday, followed by ₹15.25 crore nett on Sunday. This three-day total of nearly ₹50 crore placed it well ahead of all Indian releases such as Baaghi 4, Madharaasi, and The Bengal Files.

However, as expected with horror films, the weekdays saw a sharp decline in numbers. Monday collections dropped to ₹4.90 crore nett, with Tuesday showing slight improvement at ₹5.25 crore due to offers. Wednesday and Thursday added ₹3.90 crore and around ₹3.70–3.80 crore nett respectively. With this, the film has closed its first week at an impressive ₹67 crore nett approx.

Below are the collections of The Conjuring Last Rites in India:

Friday – 17 crore nett

Saturday – 17 crore nett

Sunday – 15.25 crore nett

Monday – 4.90 crore nett

Tuesday – 5.25 crore nett

Wednesday – 3.90 crore nett

Thursday – 3.70-3.80 crore nett approx.

Total – 67 crore nett approx.

While the weekday drop was heavy, the strong weekend ensured that the film comfortably achieved HIT status. If The Conjuring Last Rites manages a jump in collections over its second weekend, it has the potential to cross the ₹100 crore nett mark in India. This would place the film in the Super Hit category, an achievement rarely seen for a Hollywood horror release in the country. The second film of this franchise had done a business of 65 crore nett and this new installment has crossed that number in first week itself.

Directed by Michael Chaves, The Conjuring Last Rites continues the terrifying saga of paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, played by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga.
