Google’s upcoming Gemini Kingfall is allegedly a coding beast

Google’s AI advancement is not slowing down, and we might be getting yet another powerful model codenamed “Gemini Kingfall.”

As spotted by users on X, Gemini Kingfall briefly appeared on AI Studio for approximately 20 minutes before it was taken down.

While the details aren’t available, Gemini Kingfall doesn’t appear to be an update to the existing Gemini 2.5-Pro.

Instead, it could be a new model, and early testing shows it could be a beast in coding.

Minecraft page created using Gemini Kingfall model

For example, a Redditor used a three-line prompt to create a working single HTML file Minecraft:

“Code Minecraft game clone within a single .html file. Make it beautiful, with pixel graphics like the original, add all main features of the game, terrain and tree generation, mobs, and a bunch of other stuff. Do as much as is feasibly possible.”

This was generated using Gemini Kingfall in a single try, and it works most of the time with a couple of issues, including a broken water texture.

The overall result is clearly impressive for a single HTML file and better than any other Google model out there.

Manual patching is outdated. It’s slow, error-prone, and tough to scale.
