Is One Dawn Dish Soap Better Than the Others?

Using the same testing methodology we used for our test of dish soaps, plus an additional test on a greasy pan, we pit three of Dawn’s formulas, Ultra, Platinum, and Platinum Plus PowerSuds, against one another to find out whether one was really better than the others.

We also looked at the suds side by side to assess if there really were twice as many suds in the new formula.

I also used each dish soap to wash my post-dinner dishes on alternating weekdays to see if there were any differences in the time it took me to get through the dishes and how much dish soap I used to get through the task.
