I’ve been tracking Prime Day deals for 10 years — here’s the sales you can still get that I’d buy with my own money

This year’s October Prime Day event offered steep discounts on some of the best smart home devices we’ve tested. Although Amazon’s own Echo and Ring deals have come to an end, even better sales have taken their place on home gadgets from smart locks to air fryers. My colleague Hunter Fenollol has put together a list of his favorite devices that will take your home to the next level — without putting too big of a dent in your wallet. Add these deals to your cart while you still can!

Having the right laptop can make all the difference in the office, at school or when it comes to completing tasks for your personal life. And while we’ve seen tons of great device deals from Amazon over the past few days, Walmart also has its own set of impressive savings on laptops that will get the job done (regardless of what that job may be). No matter what kind of web-surfer you are, we’ve rounded up the best laptop deals from Walmart that won’t disappoint.

Even though October Prime Day has come and gone, my colleague John Velasco has been keeping an eye out on smart lights to outfit your home for the upcoming holidays — like Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas and more. The best part? Many smart holiday lights are attached to incredible discounts and sales. Be sure to scoop them up before they’re out of stock for the season.

Under Armour’s apparel sales are still going strong over at Amazon. There are deals from $8 on leggings, tees, hats, socks, sneakers and more that are great for working out. Personally, I’m taken by the Under Armour Duffel Bag that’s on sale for $33. It’s water repellent coating will help keep my stuff dry during the rainy season.

Amazon Prime Day might be over, but other retailers are extending their October sales through the week. In particular, there are some great deals happening in Walmart’s Holiday sale and Target’s Circle Week sale. We’ve compiled the best deals you can get at each.

If you’re suffering with back pain, the cause could be to do with your sleeping routine. If that’s the case, this mattress topper could help ease your woes. Our choice for the best mattress topper is on sale for a tasty discount after Prime Day — Tom’s Guide’s mattress tester and sleep writer Jo Plumridge details why she recommends it below.

This awesome OLED TV deal is still up for grabs after Prime Day. The S90D is Samsung’s latest mid-range OLED, delivering incredible picture quality with a 144Hz refresh rate, great gaming performance and powerful 2.1-channel 40W speakers. It’s on sale for a huge $800 discount.

Hi, all! Prime Day is officially over. However, if you didn’t get everything on your shopping list, don’t worry. Some of the best sales have stuck around after the event.

Amazon’s device sale is looking much emptier than it was yesterday, but there are still some great deals to be found in there. For example, the Fire 7 Tablet is on sale for $49. Our Amazon Fire 7 review said this is a super cheap tablet that still offers decent performance for everyday tasks like watching videos and browsing the web. After a $30 discount, it has hit its lowest price ever.

There’s about three hours before the end of Prime Day by my watch, so there’s still time to track down last-minute deals. But my time this evening has come to an end.

I don’t want to leave without pointing you in the direction of some potential deals, so here’s links to some of our coverage where many, if not all, of the deals are still going strong at this late hour.

Hopefully, that sets you on the right path to wrapping up Prime Day with your fair share of bargains.

Even though foldable phones are more commonplace now than they were a few years ago, they’re still the most expensive phones you can buy — particularly if you want the models that open up like a book to reveal a larger screen. So it’s good news that Amazon’s Prime Deal Days sale has knocked the price of our favorite foldable phone down to what you’d pay for a more conventional premium model.

Normally, the OnePlus Open sells for $1,699, but Amazon has dropped the price by $560 to just $1,139. That’s less than what you’d pay for an iPhone 16 Pro Max. (Well, unless you jumped on that Boost Mobile deal that lets you have Apple’s phone for a penny.)

What makes the OnePlus Open our favorite foldable even as newer models with better processors have come along? It boils down to multitasking. As we wrote in our OnePlus Open review, OnePlus’ Open Canvas feature is the best implementation of multitasking that we’ve seen on a foldable device. And really, isn’t the ability to get more done on a larger screen the reason you pay up for such a phone?

Good news then — with this price, you don’t have to pay up all that much, and you can still get more done.

The Acer Aspire Go 15 won’t put a big dent in your wallet to begin with. After all, it earned our praise as the top value among the best laptops for a reason. But you can squeeze out even more value from this low-cost laptop at Amazon, where the price of the Acer Aspire Go 15 has dropped from $299 to $219 as part of Prime Day deals.

As we found in our Acer Aspire Go 15 review, this is an ideal machine if you need a low-cost ultraportable for the classroom, as it can handle web surfing, email and classwork. The battery also lasted a long time in our testing, so you’ll easily be able to get through the day without having to tote along a power brick.

With the AirPods Pro 3 rumored to be in development and likely arriving in early 2025, it would seem like a bad time to snap up the current AirPods Pro 2. But consider the pricing issue. For Prime Day, Amazon has dropped the price on the AirPods Pro 2 to $168. Not only is that a significant drop from the usual $249 price, it’s also only $1 more than the (discounted) cost of the new AirPods 4 with active noise cancellation. Any time you can get the Pro model for about the same cost as Apple’s regular earbuds, you make that deal.

I’m always threatening to buy a bread maker, and add bread baking to my culinary repertoire. The one thing stopping me? I’ve got a very small kitchen, which leaves very little room for another appliance.

Enter the Cuisinart Bread Maker, also known as the CBK-110P1. We consider it to be the best compact bread maker available, which sounds like it would address my space concerns. Even with the compact size, it can still crank out a 2-pound loaf. Meanwhile, Amazon is tackling my reluctance to spend money by slicing $30 off the price of the Cuisinart Bread Maker. That brings the total to $99, below that psychological $100 threshold.

I defer to the judgment of my TV-reviewing colleagues when it comes to finding great deals on TVs, and right now Michael Desjardin, our senior editor for TVs, is steering us toward the Sony Bravia 8 OLED TV. You get all the benefits of OLED technology with the Bravia 8, along with built-in Google TV. Of course, you can enjoy 4K resolution, but Sony is also very good about scaling up sub-4K content to look good on the screen.

The 65-inch Sony Bravia normally costs $2,499, but Amazon has dropped the price to $1,698 — at least for now.

Phones are kind of my bread of butter, so when I see a big price drop on a relatively new model that we’ve tested and reviewed, that catches my attention. You can imagine how I feel when I see that Amazon is selling the Pixel 8a for $379 — a $120 discount off its regular price and the lowest we’ve seen since the phone arrived over the summer.

The Pixel 8a happens to be the best cheap phone out there right now, because there’s nothing cheap about it, other than its price. In our Pixel 8a review, we praised its excellent camera performance, which olds up well against much more expensive camera phones. The Tensor G3 silicon powering the phone also enables some pretty useful AI features and impressive photo editing capabilities.

You can also tell this is a Prime Day deal since Google has only taken $50 off the Pixel 8a as has Best Buy.

Hi, I’m Philip Michaels, and I’m the managing editor for mobile. I’ll be seeing you through the next four hours of Amazon Prime Big Deal Days, as the clock winds down on the final day of the sales event. And let’s lead things off with something i actually bought on Prime Day.

My daughter has asked for vinyl records for an upcoming gift giving occasion, aspiring hipster that she is. Which struck my wife and I as odd since she has no turntable to listen to them on. Fortunately, Amazon has discounted the price on Audio-Technica’s AT-LP60X-BK turntable, cutting the regular $149 price down to $119.

We went with that particular turntable because it’s an awful lot like the Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT that tops our budget record player recommendations, though without the Bluetooth connectivity of that model. We like the idea of the automated stylus that lowers and raises on its own — no inadvertent needle drops here — and the user reviews praised the ease of use and sound quality.

Now none of you tell my daughter what she’s getting, OK?

I bought my LG C3 OLED during Prime Day a year or two back, and I have to tell you it’s been one of the best big-ticket purchases I’ve made in recent years because I use it all the time and the picture quality is fantastic.
If you have a TV that’s just fine and you see no reason to upgrade, I get it—but if you’ve never watched TV or played games on an OLED screen before, I promise you, the difference it makes is eye-opening.
I especially love playing games like Star Wars Outlaws on my 65-inch LG OLED because the colors are so vivid they seem almost real, while the contrast between lights and darks is far closer to real life than anything you’ll see on a non-OLED screen.
I paid nearly $2,000 for my LG C3 when it was brand-new, so believe me when I say this Amazon deal that knocks it down to $1,300 is a great deal. But act fast if you want it, because it likely won’t last the night!

We’re in the final hours of Amazon’s big Prime Day in October sale, and somehow Woot’s amazing $299 Nintendo Switch OLED deal is still available.
I truly cannot believe Woot still has units in stock for this deal because it’s the lowest price I’ve ever seen on the Switch OLED, which is a lovelier-looking Nintendo Switch with improved speakers, kickstand and of course that gorgeous OLED screen.
Woot only has the red & blue models in stock (so if you wanted a white one like my colleague Tony is holding in the picture above, I’m afraid you’ll have to buy one elsewhere) and there’s no telling how long it will last, so I recommend you act fast if you want one!
I love my Switch and I think they make great gifts for the holidays, especially if you wrap one up with one of the best Switch games on sale for Prime Day.

We’re coming up on the last hours of Prime Day, which means you have less than 5 hours to save big on iPads.

Right now, Amazon has slashed the price of premium tablets like the M2 iPad Air and M4 iPad Pro — both available in their respective 11- and 13-inch models. You’ll also find excellent deals on the iPad mini and the iPad 10th Gen. We’ve either tested or reviewed all of these devices and can vouch that they’re some of the best tablets available.

Gaming laptops aren’t cheap, which is why Amazon Prime Day is one of the best times to snag an awesome portable rig at a reduced price. Time is running out on the big sales event, so here are some incredible gaming laptops you should considering buying before stock runs out or prices return to normal.

It should come as no surprise that Amazon Prime Days event is the best time to get a Kindle. Right now, the company has discounted all of its most popular e-readers, from the humble basic Kindle all the way to the premium Kindle Paperwhite. Amazon is also offering 3 free months of Kindle Unlimited for good measure. If you want to upgrade your Kindle or dive into the ecosystem, now’s your chance before Prime Day ends!

Some of these prices are at the lowest we’ve ever seen. With up to $500 off these monsters of performance and power efficiency, you won’t feel an ounce of buyers’ remorse. After all, all of these laptops support Apple Intelligence.

I’ll be honest: I’ve never heard of the SHOKZ OpenRun Pro bone conduction headphones. But marathoner and Tom’s Guide fitness writer Jessica Downey was really impressed by them when she used them to run the Manchester Marathon earlier this year. “I now see why bone conduction headphones are so popular amongst runners,” she says. They’re an effective way to stay aware of your surroundings while running.

Here’s a personal recommendation this morning! I’ve tried dozens of protein bars and the one brand I keep buying is Think! They pack a solid punch of protein (20g), they don’t include added sugars, and they taste pretty well. I especially like their Brownie Crunch flavor which is on sale for $18. It’s not the biggest price drop, but it’s a no brainer purchase for me since I like to stock up on them when they’re under $20/box.

Naturally, Amazon’s own devices are on sale for Prime Day and that includes the seriously useful Fire TV Stick 4K Max for $34 (was $59). This easy-to-use streaming stick can turn any television into a Smart TV giving you instant access to all the best streaming services. I recently purchased one for a family member who was looking to convert an older model TV into a modern streaming hub, and can confirm that the device is extremely user-friendly, and boasts a relatively slick interface.

It’s Prime Day, so deals on Amazon hardware are the name of the game. My favorite Alexa speaker deal is the Echo Dot (5th Gen) for $22. This useful smart speaker gets you access to all the best Alexa features for a super cheap price, with bonuses like a built-in temperature sensor and Eero Wi-Fi extender. Plus, you can now get it with a free smart bulb. That means you can set up a simulated colorful sunrise to wake you up through the winter, and turn the lights off without getting out of bed.

If you want an affordable but reliable laptop, the MacBook Air M2 is an excellent choice. Although the newer MacBook Air M3 is out now, it’s more expensive, and the difference in performance between these two laptops isn’t massive when doing everyday tasks like watching videos and browsing the web. You can now get the MacBook Air M2 for $250 off, which is a total steal.

Lego bricks are ridiculously fun to play with, whether you’re a kid or an adult, and this grab-bag of basic colorful bricks is the perfect entry point for anyone’s Lego adventure. With 484 pieces and instructions for dozens of builds, from very easy to more advanced, this could be the best $18 you ever spend.
That’s nearly 50% off a popular Lego kit that isn’t often on sale. Need more convincing? This box-o-bricks has nearly 50,000 Amazon user reviews, with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars. (I also own and love it).

I love to travel. I also love to lug around lots of pricey tech gadgets, from the latest retro-fabulous digital camera — my trusty Fujifilm X100 VI — to my favorite smartwatch, the Google Pixel Watch 3. Also often packed: a Macbook Pro, iPad, Bose QC25 headphones and my favorite fast portable charger, which is also deeply discounted for Amazon Prime Day.
Where do I store all this expensive stuff while on the move? In the Wandrd Prvke Lite Travel backpack. Though its name may be short on vowels, this sleek, non-descript, weather-resistant backpack is not short on space, thanks in part to a handy rolltop design. The main compartment also provides ample padding to cradle all my favorite tech goodies, with lots of zippered compartments for accessories. Plus, a side-access zipper allows for quick access to key items; I use it for speedy camera-slinging purposes. Rarely on sale, the Wandrd Prvke Lite is currently 20% off in all styles for Amazon Prime Day.

Stanley water bottles are some of the best water bottles you can buy, and they’ve become something of a trendy status symbol in recent years for good reason: they’re lightweight, well-insulated and have secure easy-to-sip lids that make staying hydrated on the go a breeze.
If you want to grab one without paying the full price for these premium beverage-haulers, Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days sale is a great opportunity. Right now you can get one of their Stanley IceFlow Cap and Carry water bottles for 25% off, which can knock as much as $12 off the price if you go for the big 36-ouncer.
But if you don’t need all that hydration, the smaller 24 oz and 16 oz models are also on sale for the same discount, and you can get them in over 12 different colors. I’m partial to the old-school Alpine green, but click through to the Amazon page below and have a look to see what strikes your fancy!

I cover laptops for a living, so I can tell you that the Acer Chromebook Spin 714 is one of the best Chromebooks you can buy. And right now is a great time to buy one, because Best Buy has knocked nearly $300 off the price of a new one in an effort to steal some thunder from Amazon’s big Prime Day sale.
In our Acer Chromebook Spin 714 review we lauded this 14-inch ChromeOS machine for its great performance (for a Chromebook), 10+ hour tested battery life and packed-in mouse and stylus.
Our only real complaint was the $699 price tag, which is a bit high for what you get. That’s why now is a great time to snag one: Best Buy is selling them for under $500, which is exactly what you should be paying for this premium Chromebook.

If you or someone you love owns a PS5 now is a great time to pick up some games for cheap, because PlayStation beat Prime Day with the best PS5 games from $2 and up.
While I personally haven’t had a chance to buy a PS5 yet, I have played a ton of these games on other platforms and can personally recommend them to anyone in need of some entertainment. I’m especially fond of Marvel’s Midnight Suns, a surprisingly good tactical strategy game featuring some of Marvel’s best characters that also happens to be a deckbuilding game, a superhero social sim and a fun rip-roaring story to boot.
But there are quite a few PS5 games on sale right now for Amazon’s 48-hour sales event, so have a look through all these great deals!

Remember that LG OLED TV I bought that I couldn’t stop gushing about?
If the 65-inch model was a bit too pricey for your budget, no worries — there’s actually a newer model of the same TV on sale for even less, albeit at a much smaller size.
But if you just need a reasonably-sized TV for the bedroom or den, this 48-inch LG C4 OLED is a great choice. In our LG C4 OLED TV review we celebrated the “stunning picture quality, game performance and features” available on this ultra-thin TV. And right now you can get one for $600 off!

In addition to reviewing laptops and PCs I also review tablets here at Tom’s Guide, which means I help lead our coverage of all things e-reader.
And let me tell you, Amazon basically has the market cornered on good-enough e-readers. The Kindle Paperwhite is the best e-reader of the bunch for most folks because it hits the sweet spot of price and performance, offering premium features like waterproofing and a nice even backlight.
Right now you can get a great Prime Day deal on Amazon’s Kindle Paperwhite Essentials Bundle, which is basically just a Paperwhite plus a nice fabric cover for it.
At this price it’s worth snagging, though you should be aware this deal is on the model that comes with lockscreen ads. You can pay $15 at any time to remove them though, so if you decide you don’t like them down the line it’s an easy fix.

Like I said, now is a great time to buy that TV you’ve been eyeing because the discounts on these big-ticket items are hot and ready.
I remember buying my 65-inch LG C3 OLED two years back because we called it one of the best OLED TVs you can buy, and in the years since it’s been a standout performer. And right now you can get one for $200 off.
It’s worth it too, because as you can read in our LG C3 OLED review this Editor’s Choice TV “is loaded with features that make it ideal for watching — or playing — anything your heart desires.”

Big sales events like Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days extravaganza are a great time to buy expensive products like TVs or gaming laptops because you can get one at a significant discount.
I know because I review laptops for a living, so I know how much performance you get for the asking price. And right now you can get a beastly Alienware m18 R2 gaming laptop (one of the best gaming laptops on the market) for $500 off.
In our Alienware m18 R2 review we awarded this powerful 18-inch gaming laptop our Editor’s Choice award and called it “a true beast of a laptop in size, performance, and price” — and now you snag one at a significantly discounted price!
This model is worth grabbing or gifting, too, thanks to its 18-inch QHD+ 165Hz display, Intel Core i9 CPU, Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 GPU, 12GB of GDDR6 RAM and 1TB SSD for storage.

The first day of Amazon’s big Prime Day in October sale is winding down, but there are still loads of great deals on offer that are worth snapping up before they’re gone.

Most notably, the Nintendo Switch OLED is still available for purchase from Woot for an all-time low price of $299. That’s the lowest price I’ve ever seen on this great gaming handheld, which improves upon the original (and excellent) Nintendo Switch with upgraded speakers, kickstand and of course that luminous OLED display.

There’s no telling how long supplies will last at Woot, so if by some chance they’ve sold out by the time you read this I’ve also linked Amazon’s deal on the Switch OLED, which isn’t quite as good but is still a great discount.

These would make great gifts for the holidays, and if you buy one why not pair it with some of the best Switch games on sale for Prime Day?

This hefty gaming laptop is a beast thanks to its massive 18-inch QHD+ 165Hz display. Under the hood is enough horsepower to make games run great on that big screen thanks to the Intel Core i9 CPU, Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 GPU, 12GB of GDDR6 RAM and 1TB SSD for storage.

The 55-inch LG C4 OLED is one of the best all-around TVs you can buy right now, especially once you factor in its price relative to higher-end TVs. It offers a stunning picture and an array of features for gaming and beyond, all wrapped up in an elegant, wafer-thin design.

Right now, Amazon is offering every single MacBook model at a discount. This includes the MacBook Air 13-inch M3, which is the best overall MacBook for most people. All three versions of the MacBook Pro are also on sale for those who need a laptop capable of stellar performance and battery life. No matter if it’s for everyday work or editing 4K videos, there’s a MacBook to fit your needs.

An 85-inch TV for under a thousand bucks is a great deal in and of itself, but the TCL Q6 will do you one better: It’s also just a great TV, period. Of course, being an entry-level QLED, it won’t blast your face with brightness like a pricey Mini-LED TV, but you are getting well-rounded performance, the Google TV smart platform, and super-low input lag for gaming. It’s a great pick if you just want a decent, 85-inch 4K TV for a low price.

This dual-screen portable monitor folds up like a laptop for easier storage and there’s a built-in kickstand on the back. Instead of one display, you get two 15.6 full HD ones and with the right laptop, you can power both displays using a single USB-C cable. The Uperfect Delta also has built-in speakers and two mini HDMI ports for when you want to plug in a game console or even a mini PC instead of your laptop.

This bundle includes the 16GB version of the excellent Kindle Paperwhite alongside a fabric protective cover and a power adapter. You’ve got a choice of Agave Green, Black or Denim Blue when it comes to the cover, although Black is currently the most discounted. It has 16GB of space that will hold enough books to keep you reading for a long time yet.

The Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 is an enormous 57-inch monitor that’s perfect for gaming and productivity. It boasts a fast 240Hz refresh rate, low 1ms response time, and a sharp 7680 x 2160 resolution. In our Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 review, we called it an awesome monitor that’s just as good for immersive gaming as it can be for productivity. If you have the space for it, this is one of the best monitors you can buy.

No one likes having a messy workstation. If you’re looking to declutter your workspace, Amazon has the Anker USB-C 12-in-1 laptop docking station on sale for just $169 (was $249). Tom’s Guide senior editor of security/networking Anthony Spadafora is a fan of the dock and says it’s a great way to give your desk a major overhaul. It has two USB-C ports, two USB-A ports, an SD card reader and a microSD one along with a 3.5mm headphone jack. There’s also a square with a raised edge on its underside, so you can wrap/tidy up any excess cables. Win!

One of my favorite iPhone deals is back. Right now you can get any iPhone 16 for just 1 cent at Amazon. To snag this deal you have to sign up for the Boost Infinite plan, which includes unlimited talk/text/data for $65/month. The cool thing is no trade-in is required, which means you can keep your old phone or sell it. You’ll have to commit to a 36-month payment plan, but you’re saving more than with a traditional wireless carrier.

I never thought I’d say this, but I love my Crocs. I was a bit skeptical about them at first, but after getting a pair last month I can see why people love them so much. They’re comfy, snug/secure, and pretty rugged. You can usually find them on sale any given day of the week, but for Prime Day Amazon is offering steeper than average price cuts. Right now multiple sizes are on sale knocking as much as $500 off this epic TV. Plus, when you buy select Hisense TVs you’ll get a free copy of NBA2K25 for PS5 or Xbox.

The best smart speakers offer oodles of functionality beyond playing music. Thanks to built-in virtual assistants like Alexa and Siri you can look up the latest news or weather report, control the best smart home devices like smart lights, or even place phone calls. One of the best smart speakers we’ve tested is the Echo Dot, which is now just $22 and comes with a smart light bulb to boot. It even has built-in temperature and motion sensors so your smart home can automatically take certain actions when someone enters a room or the temperature drops. Amazon’s own Blink and Ring security cameras add live video monitoring and intercom to every corner of your property. While the Blink Outdoor runs $100 on its own and the Echo Show 5 $90, this is a steep discount. You can use the smart display to view feeds and control the camera just as easily as you can watch shows on it. There are plenty of deals on everything from floodlight cameras to video doorbells, which you can check out below.

Best Buy strikes back!

I mentioned earlier that I’d be looking at other sales happening outside of Amazon. Well, one of the biggest sales right now is Best Buy’s 48-hour flash sale. They have an epic OLED TV deal that even I couldn’t have predicted. Right now you can get the LG 48″ B4 4K OLED TV for just $699. That’s the cheapest OLED TV I’ve seen all year. Yes, it’s a slightly smaller 48-inch model, but if you want to go OLED without the big investment, this is as good as it gets. Deals expert Millie Davis-Williams has rounded up some of Best Buy’s other head-turning deals in the link below.

The Gym People specializes in apparel for — you guessed it — the gym! Tom’s Guide fitness editor Jane McGuire is a fan of the brand and compares the feel and performance of their apparel to some of her favorite Lululemon clothes — minus the high price tag. Well, right now Amazon has a sitewide sale on The Gym People apparel. Although the majority of deals are for women’s apparel, there are some men’s items on sale as well — including hoodies, shorts, and sweatshirts.

I love my Yeti mug. It doesn’t an awesome job keeping my coffee hot in the morning and it has a MagSafe slider that makes it impossible to spill what’s inside. Right now Amazon is slashing the price of various Yeti tumblers, mugs, and coolers. It’s very rare to see the coolers on sale — even on major holidays — which makes this a great time to stock up.

I’m a huge Ninja appliance fan. I’ve been using one of their coffee makers every day for the past 2 years and I also own one of their Foodi XL Combo units. Both appliances are solidly built, easy to use, and have stood up well to every day use. Tom’s Guide senior home editor Millie Fender has put together a list of the best Ninja devices on sale right now. She’s included air fryers, grills, knife sets, and more.

We all know that Prime Day is a great time to upgrade your Amazon hardware, but it’s also a great time to stock up on apparel. This Prime Day I’m seeing dozens of discounts on Amazon Essentials — which is Amazon’s in-house apparel brand for men and women. Most of Amazon’s apparel is already priced aggressively, so it’s rare to see them discounted. You can shop the entire collection via the link below or check out some of my picks below….

Louis recommended deal! Fall is a great season for outdoor running. Whether you’re prepping for a marathon or training for your first 5K, right now is a great time to pick up a new pair of running shoes. Deals expert Olivia Halevy has rounded up the best running shoe deals live at Amazon right now, with brands like Brooks, Asics, Saucony, and Nike. As an avid runner myself, I personally own and love the Asics Gel Kayano 30 ($109 for men, $99 for women). They were on sale during July Prime Day for $119 and I ended up buying a second pair. Now they’re on sale for $99! They’re designed to provide advanced stability and soft cushioning for neutral runners and overpronators alike. I’ve been using them for about a year and love how they’re lightweight yet provide excellent cushioning and support.

Ok, I admit it: Buying a new vacuum cleaner doesn’t sound particularly sexy. However, Tom’s Guide homes editor Cynthia Lawrence has rounded up the best Shark vacuum deals you can get this morning. Her roundup includes the Shark Clean & Empty Vacuum on sale for $249 at Amazon (lowest price ever), which Cynthia named Editor’s Choice in our Shark Clean & Empty Vacuum review. I happen to own this vacuum as well and absolutely love it. It’s lightweight, does an excellent job picking up hairs (without getting tangled), it’s great on carpets, and it has its own self-empty base which you only have to clean about once a month. It’s a steal at this price and both Cynthia and I recommend it.

Happy October Prime Day, everyone! This is deals editor in chief Louis coming live and direct from a chilly New York City this morning. So Prime Day officially kicked off this morning and so far I’d say it’s a mixed bag of deals. Some good stuff out there — amazing apparel deals — but a lot of room for improvement as well. (Seriously, Amazon, you couldn’t discount the Apple Watch 10). Anyways, make sure to bookmark this page as we bring you the best October Prime Day deals….
