The following list includes movies available at local theaters, and movies that are available to watch through online streaming and video on demand services including: Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Google Play, Hulu, Vudu, FandangoNow, Apple TV+, YouTube, Disney+, HBO Max and more.

• “Solo Mio” (PG): After being left at the altar in Rome, a heartbroken groom chooses to go on his planned honeymoon across Italy alone. Starring Kevin James, Jonathan Roumie, Kim Coates and Alyson Hannigan. In theaters, Feb. 6.

• “The Strangers-Chapter 3” (R): final installment in the horror trilogy, starring Madelaine Petsch and Gabriel Basso. In theaters, Feb. 6.

• “Dracula” (R): New film follows a 15th-century prince who becomes Dracula after losing his wife. Starring Caleb Landry Jones as Dracula, Christoph Waltz and Zoë Bleu. In theaters, Feb. 6.

• “Still Hope”: Hope, a teenager, is forced into sex trafficking. She finally finds freedom from her captors after surviving years of abuse. The film is inspired by true stories of survivors of human trafficking. Starring Luna Rivera, Alex Veadov, John D. Michaels, and Michelle Haro. In theaters, Feb. 5.

• “Shelter” (R): On a remote coastal island, a reclusive man (Jason Statham) rescues a young girl (Bodhi Rae Breathnach) from a deadly storm. Also starring Naomi Ackie and Bill Nighy.

• “A Private Life” (R): Parisian psychiatrist Lilian Steiner (Jodie Foster) is troubled by the sudden death of one of her patients, convinced that it was murder. Also starring Daniel Auteuil, Virginie Efira, Matthieu Amalric, Vincent Lacoste and Luana Bajrami.

• “Send Help” (R): Two colleagues become stranded on a deserted island, the only survivors of a plane crash. They must overcome their past differences to survive, but it becomes a battle of wills. Starring Rachel McAdams, Dylan O’Brien, Edyll Ismail, Xavier Samuel, Chris Pang, Emma Raimi and Dennis Haysbert.

• “Iron Lung” (R): Survivors of the apocalypse launch an expedition to a barren moon with an ocean of blood. Based on the video game, starring Markiplier (Mark Fischbach), Jacksepticeye, Caroline Kaplan and Elle LaMont.

• “Moses the Black”: After being released from prison, a feared Chicago gang leader returns home to avenge the murder of his closest friend. Starring Omar Epps, Wiz Khalifa, Quavo and Deontay Wilder.

• “Melania (PG): Twenty days before the 2025 presidential inauguration, Melania Trump navigates the return to the White House, with exclusive footage.

• “Mercy” (PG-13): Set in the near future, a detective (Chris Pratt) is on trial, accused of murdering his wife. He must prove his innocence to the A.I. Judge (Rebecca Ferguson), or he’ll be executed. Also starring Annabelle Wallis, Kylie Rogers, Kenneth Choi and Noah Fearnley.

• “Return to Silent Hill” (R): New installment of the horror franchise that follows James who receives a letter from his lost love and returns to Silent Hill to search for her. He faces monstrous creatures and begins to question his own sanity. Starring Jeremy Irvine, Evie Templeton, Hannah Emily Anderson, Robert Strange, Melissa Graham and Eve Macklin.

• “28 Years Later-The Bone Temple” (R): A new film in the post-apocalyptic horror franchise that started with “28 Days Later,” with the outbreak of the rage virus. In the new film,  the infected are no longer the greatest threat to survival. Starring Cillian Murphy, Ralph Fiennes, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Emma Laird.

• “Dead Man’s Wire“ (R): Based on the true story of the 1977 kidnapping where Tony Kiritsis entered the office of Richard Hall, president of the Meridian Mortgage Company, and took him hostage with a sawed-off shotgun wired with a “dead man’s wire” to Tony’s own neck, directed by Gus Van Sant. Starring Bill Skarsgård, Dacre Montgomery, Cary Elwes, Myha’la, Colman Domingo, and Al Pacino. In select theaters.

• “Greenland 2-Migration” (PG-13): sequel to “Greenland” where a comet strike decimated most of Earth. In “Greenland 2-Migration,” the Garrity family is forced to leave the safety of their bunker in Greenland to find a new home. Starring Gerald Butler, Morena Baccarin, Roman Griffin Davis, Amber Rose Revah, Sophie Thompson, Trond Fausa Aurvåg and William Abadie.

• “Primate” (R): A group of friends’ tropical vacation turns deadly when a pet chimpanzee becomes rabid. Starring Johnny Sequoyah, Jessica Alexander, Troy Kotsur, Miguel Torres, Victoria Wyant and Charlie Mann.

• “Song Sung Blue” (PG-13): Based on a true story about two performers who form a Neil Diamond tribute band and find love and success. Starring Hugh Jackman, Kate Hudson, Jim Belushi, Ella Anderson and King Princess.

• “Anaconda” (PG-13): Best friends Doug (Jack Black) and Griff (Paul Rudd) have always dreamed of remaking their favorite movie “Anaconda.” They assemble a crew and head into the jungles of the Amazon to start filming, and then a giant Anaconda starts hunting them down. Also starring Daniela Melchior and Selton Mello.

• “Marty Supreme” (R): Based on the true story of a ping-pong hustler in the 1950s who pursues his dream of becoming a champion table-tennis player. Starring Timothée Chalamet, Gwyneth Paltrow, Tyler, The Creator and Fran Drescher.

• “Avatar: Fire and Ash” (PG-13): A new “Avatar” CGI-animated adventure with Marine turned Na’vi leader Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), Na’vi warrior Neytiri (Zoe Saldaña), and the Sully family. Also starring Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Kate Winslet, Cliff Curtis, Oona Chaplin, Jack Champion, Britain Dalton, Trinity Bliss and Bailey Bass. Directed by James Cameron.

• “The Housemaid” (R): Thriller based on the best-selling book of the same name. A young woman, Millie (Sydney Sweeney) accepts a job as a live-in housemaid for a wealthy couple with sinister secrets, Nina (Amanda Seyfried) and Andrew Winchester (Brandon Sklenar). Also starring Brandon Sklenar, Michele Morrone and Elizabeth Perkins.

• “The SpongeBob Movie-Search For Squarepants” (PG): New film in the animated franchise, with SpongeBob hoping to prove his bravery to Mr. Krabs, by following The Flying Dutchman – a ghost pirate – on a seafaring comedy-adventure. Featuring the voices of Tom Kenny, Clancy Brown, Rodger Bumpass, Bill Fagerbakke, Carolyn Lawrence, Mr. Lawrence, George Lopez, Isis “Ice Spice” Gaston, Arturo Castro, Sherry Cola with Regina Hall and Mark Hamill.

• “Five Nights at Freddy’s 2” (PG-13): One year after the supernatural events at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, the town hosts a “Fazfest,” launching a new wave of animatronic terror. Based on the video game series created by Scott Cawthon, starring Skeet Ulrich, Mckenna Grace, Elizabeth Lail, Piper Rubio, Megan Fox, Josh Hutcherson and Freddy Carter.

• “Zootopia 2” (PG): Walt Disney Animation Studios’ animated sequel with detectives Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde returning to follow the trail of a mysterious new reptile who turns the mammal metropolis of Zootopia upside down. Featuring the voices of Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman, Shakira, Ke Huy Quan, Macaulay Culkin and Quinta Brunson.

• “Hamnet” (PG-13): Historical drama film based on the 2020 novel by Maggie O’Farrell, that reimagines the life of William Shakespeare and his wife, Agnes, who lost their son at a young age and how that inspired the creation of Shakespeare’s masterpiece, “Hamlet”. Directed by Academy Award winning writer/director Chloé Zhao, starring Jessie Buckley, Paul Mescal, Joe Alwyn and Noah Jupe.
