The Best Intel Lunar Lake Laptops in 2024

Intel has finally launched its Core Ultra 200V processors aka Lunar Lake chips. The new Core Ultra (Series 2) chipsets look very promising as they bring massive efficiency improvements without compromising performance. The new integrated Xe2 GPU is particularly powerful, and battery life matches even ARM-based Snapdragon X Elite laptops. 1. Dell XPS 13

Dell has launched its premium XPS 13 laptop with Lunar Lake Core Ultra 200V series processor. Specifically, it features Intel Core Ultra 7 256V chipset that brings eight CPU cores, clocked up to 4.8GHz. And on the GPU side, it’s powered by Arc 140V GPU that has eight Xe2 cores, clocked up to 1.95GHz. Besides that, you get 16GB LPDDR5X onboard memory and 512GB of SSD.

2. Asus Zenbook S 14

Asus has launched a number of laptops with Intel Lunar Lake processors. First, you can get the Zenbook S 14 (UX5406) which comes with the Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor. It starts at $1499.99. Asus has also launched Vivobook S 14 (S5406SA) featuring the same Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor. The company has not mentioned the price for the Vivobook series yet.

Apart from that, Asus has introduced ExpertBook P5 (P5405) with Intel Core Ultra 5 228V/226V and Core Ultra 7 258V processors. You can also get the Vivobook 14 Flip (TP3407SA) with the Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor. Again, pricing for these laptops has not been unveiled yet.

3. HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14

HP has also joined the Lunar Lake club and unveiled its OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 with four different SKUs. You can configure the laptop with these Core Ultra 200V processors: Intel Core Ultra 5 226V, Intel Core Ultra 7 256V, Intel Core Ultra 7 258V, and Intel Core Ultra 9 288V.

HP is offering Lunar Lake in all flavors, right from the base processor to the top-end SKU. Currently, you can pre-order the HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 (fh0047nr) with the Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor, and it costs $1599.99.

4. Acer Swift 14 AI and Swift 16 AI

Acer has debuted two new laptops with Lunar Lake processors (Intel Core Ultra Series 2). The Acer Swift 14 AI and Swift 16 AI feature chipsets starting from entry-level Intel Core Ultra 5 226V to the flagship Intel Core Ultra 9 288V. And Acer has priced it the lowest among all the OEMs. Lunar Lake laptops from Acer start at $1199.

5. Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i and ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13 (Aura Edition)

Lenovo has also joined the AI PC race and launched two new Intel Lunar Lake laptops including Yoga Slim 7i and ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13. Both are now part of the Aura edition branding which brings Lenovo’s cutting-edge innovation to make the Windows experience even better.

Both laptops are powered by the Intel Core Ultra 7 processor (Series 2). As for availability, Yoga Slim 7i is already available at 1,280 euros. And the ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13 will be available in November, but its pricing is not known yet.

6. MSI Prestige 13 AI+ Evo A2VM and Summit 13 AI+ Evo

MSI has launched two new laptops with Lunar Lake processors for business customers. Both MSI Prestige 13 AI+ Evo A2VM and Summit 13 AI+ Evo offer Core Ultra Series 2 processors up to the flagship Intel Core Ultra 9 288V chipset. You also get the top-end Arc 140V GPU for a premium graphics experience. That said, MSI has not announced pricing for its new laptops.

7. Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 360

Samsung has announced Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 laptop with Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) 5 and 7 processors. It’s not available for pre-orders yet, but Samsung says it will be available in the coming months in select markets including Canada, France, Germany, the UK, and the US. Samsung has not unveiled pricing for the Galaxy Book5 Pro 360.
