Bollywood and South actress Pooja Hegde recently opened up about her experience working with Thalapathy Vijay in his upcoming and final film, Jana Nayagan. The film, set to release in January, marks the superstar’s farewell to cinema as he steps into politics full-time.

Reflecting on her last day of shoot with Vijay, Pooja admitted that it was an emotional moment for her. “Honestly, I was just sad. Working with Vijay sir is the most relaxing experience. He is so cool and a totally chill person. I think in his mind, he knows he is a superstar, and he doesn’t feel the need to prove that because he is so comfortable with himself. He’s the sweetest co-star to work with,” she shared.

The actress also spoke about Vijay’s decision to move forward with his political career. “He has bigger dreams and different dreams in mind, and he needs to follow that,” Pooja said, adding that despite his new journey, he remains the same warm person. “He’s still one of those people I meet up with, and he’s always very sweet.”

Pooja expressed her excitement for the film’s release as well, saying, “I am excited for the film releasing in January. It is Vijay sir’s last film.”
