The return of “Peaky Blinders,” two films with Ben Affleck, and 100+ more new movies and shows coming to Netflix in 2026.
The return of Cillian Murphy and “Peaky Blinders,” a third “Enola Holmes” movie, and a final season of “Outer Banks” are just a few of the 100+ new movies and shows coming to Netflix in 2026.
While “Stranger Things” fans who got sucked into the baseless “conformity gate” conspiracy theory believed Netflix’s big announcement heralded a secret new episode of its hit show, the streaming giant instead released a four-minute sizzle reel featuring the biggest titles debuting this year.
In the video, “One Battle After Another” actress Teyana Taylor — who also appears alongside Ben Affleck and Matt Damon in “The Rip” (January 16) — plays a tarot card reader. With each card she turns over, the scene shifts, heralding new titles like Season 4 of “Lupin” (fall 2026), Season 2 of “One Piece” (March 10), and the movie “Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man” (March 20).
Some of the upcoming 2026 movies and shows still don’t have firm release dates, including Ben Affleck’s political thriller, “Animals.” Originally slated to star Matt Damon, Affleck instead both directed and starred in the upcoming film about a mayoral candidate whose son has been kidnapped.
Also notable is Netflix’s commitment to live sports. The list of 2026 TV shows coming to Netflix includes MLB Opening Day, the Home Run Derby, and a new Field of Dreams game, as well as live broadcasts of the NFL, top-flight tennis, and WWE.
Here are all of the movies and shows that will be new on Netflix in 2026, as well as additional info about some of the most noteworthy titles.
Titles with no release date indicated are TBA.
